Hello sorry it has taken so long for me to post something. Life has been kinda busy around here these days. Aug. 28th was Porter’s 6 months check up and he doesn’t do that great with shots. He is also trying to cut two bottom teeth. Then on top of all of that he and I caught a virus. They had to do blood work to confirm that because they didn’t know if his 102.6 fever was from the shots. So please excuse my not posting LOL

Now for the awesome part of the 6 month check up. I told the Doctor that Porter can say Hi, Mama, Mom, and BAHBAH (for bottle). She said that she wasn’t surprised considering how advanced he was for his age. Then Brian ask Porter if he was going to tell the Doctor Hi. He turned to her and said “HI". The doctor laughed and said something like “well I can’t say I don’t believe you. I heard it too.” It was so cute.

I am now trying to teach him wawa for water because he drinks water from a cup and not a bottle (doctor recommended water do to weight). I am also trying to teach him DaDa. He is actually quite smart so he learns things quickly. For a month or more he has waved bye to me as I leave for work in the morning, Mary taught him that. I think that he just likes to hit the glass but it is so cute. I love it. He can almost crawl, but he mostly scoots on his butt. He rolls too.

Okay I have to get going for now. I hope to be able to add some new pictures soon.
